White Ceiling Fan new in box - $30 (East Dallas)

I'm selling a brand new Homcom 52" reversible indoor ceiling fan.
The unit retails for $135.
It does not come with the remote, but a universal one may be purchased on amazon for $10-15.
I called the manufacturer to get a replacement remote and they sent the entire fan, so I'm selling it.
It has a light and a number of functions.
The one in my kids room works great.
