I just moved to a new one with an existing washer and dryer, so it's no longer needed.
I'm the only person who used this unit, so it's had minimal use.
I've also maintained it by running a monthly bleach cycle to keep it clean.
It is in excellent condition.
This is a 2-in-1 unit, so it's perfect for a small apartment where there's not enough space for separate washer and dryer units or tall separate combo units.
Also, it's electric and uses steam to dry, so it doesn't require the traditional dryer vent connection.
My apartment is on the second floor.
