Customer Service Specialist Certificate The student will learn key skills required to be an effective customer service specialist.
These include communications, interpersonal, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
The student will receive training in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Virtual and in-person training is offered.
Upon completion of the training, the student will receive a resume and assistance in finding a position as a customer service specialist including remote, work from home.
Students will receive assistance in completing online applications and uploading resumes.
Fee: $150.
