Provides technical and analytical solutions to problems with the use of development tools and Digital Engagement strategies.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Thorough knowledge of structured and/or objection-oriented programming techniques and ability to test application programming (e.

Ability in maintaining system documentation and working knowledge of Digital Engagement platforms and channels.
Working knowledge of Digital Engagement best practices, project development methodologies; project management procedures.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

Ability to collaborate with customers, stakeholders and various business units to design and implement features to enhance the student experience Skilled in writing program code.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems; coordinate, plan, and schedule; test and implement programs; review and evaluate technical information.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

On-call, work hours may extend beyond the regular, eight hours, Monday-Friday, workday, including weekends and holidays to provide immediate support due to system failures on a 24/7 basis.

Provides program support for purchased and custom written application systems.
Must diagnose program problems, design enhancements and customizing software on request.
Creates, builds, and maintains various databases that support various software systems; modifies applications to interface with existing/future systems.
Continually evaluate emerging frameworks and technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices through professional development activities.
Responsible for working closely and collaboratively with users, project teams and departments in implementing, testing, and debugging systems and programming modifications, maintaining, enhancing program functions and features.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
