Required skills 1) Knowledge on PLC programming, Logic Development, Graphics Development and Logic Execution with Documentation.
2) Knowledge on PLC softwares using Function block, ladder diagram and sequential and other languages.
3) Knowledge on control system, HMI programming & SCADA.
4) Knowledge on electrical system, components, panels, communication protocols, Design process and devices, like VFD, Sensors, Motors, starters, drives & its parameter setting.
5) Knowledge on heavy industry electric winches, cranes, Gangway and industrial elevators.
6) Power up - I/O Check or Loop check, IP address and network setup 7) FAT and SAT support.
8) Ability to do offshore testing with the use of remote connectivity hardware & software tools.
9) TIA Siemens Software debugging and troubleshooting and software updates.
10) Ability to do Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation systems.
