As Senior Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Administrator, you’ll play a vital rolein translating business requirements into technology solutions and have a strategic focus with proven ability to analyze, design and optimize processes utilizing the Salesforce platform, increasing user adoption, and driving best practice.

The ideal candidate will have deep Azure DevOps /JIRA software development and Project Management experience, liaising with stakeholders at all levels, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
As a proactive individual you can help us continually improve and enhance our Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable solutions, and managing the product road map.

Responsibilities This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities: Configure and maintain data model and standard/custom objects, automation, Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, record types, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, approval processes, installed packages dashboards, and reports.
Optimize our Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to promote growth and development, as well as manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, design scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Manage incoming support requests from front-line users, including daily administrative/ maintenance requests and larger analytical projects.
Design scalable solutions and identify unused or underutilized platform features.
Work with business and functional users to support and improve existing system applications and processes; resolve business and technical problems by identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to processes and applications.
Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
Configure and maintain security/sharing rules, OWD, permission sets, field-level and record-level security, roles, profiles, lightning page layouts and other routine tasks.
Take charge of environment governance, Change management, DevOps, CI/CD and deployment cadence.
Own the communication of platform changes to end users.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, sandbox usage and data integrity.
Own data management to improve data quality, implementing rules and automation.
Be proactive in system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Oversee all aspects of user and license management including policies and procedures for new user setup/deactivation and forecasting license needs.
Integrate and manage applications and third-party suppliers including Box, Risclarity, DocuSign, Pershing, and Pontera.
Coordinate daily operations to ensure continuity of services, processes, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Background 5 years of in-depth and demonstrated Salesforce administrator experience and Product knowledge in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) domain.
Salesforce Certification: Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder is a must.
Experience in Wealth management industry is an added plus.
Data Architecture and Management and Developer certification are highly desirable.
3 years of experience with multiple App Exchange integrations and Security Shield.
Demonstrated track record of exercising independent judgment on small and medium-sized projects and/or leading key components of larger projects.
Prior hands-on experience with JIRA, Bit bucket, Azure DevOps, and Copado.
5 years of experience with dashboard and report creation to provide timely, actionable information used to drive critical business decisions.
In-depth understanding of triggers and Apex codes.
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expert skills in building relationships and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
