You will lead, design, implement and launch innovative retail solutions at scale for Walmart's current and next generation products.
About Team:
Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders.
We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart's Everyday Low Cost philosophy.
We not only create affordability, but we also deliver customized experiences for customers across all channels - in-store, mobile app, and websites
What you'll do:
- Design, implement and launch retail solutions at scale with high Operational Excellence.
- Be a force multiplier by setting high standards for Coding, Devops and OE within the team.
- Mentor Senior, Intermediate and Junior Engineers in the team.
- Lead initiatives from requirements analysis and design to post launch support adding value to Walmart store associates and shoppers.
- Navigate ambiguity and innovate to come up solutions that work at scale to innovate for next generation of retail at Walmart.
What you'll bring:
- Expertise in Operational Excellence.
Make Operational Excellence a first class citizen from design to implementation to post launch.
- Proven track record of leading and launching successful applications with high degree of complexity at scale.
- Ability to design solutions at scale involving multiple stakeholders .
- Excellent coding skills.
Ability to write tech debt free code.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and innovate at scale.
- Proven track record of solving for issues at root using automation and self-service.
