As an intern you can expect to be challenged with meaningful projects and tasks alongside professionals and subject matter experts in the field of Software Engineering Development.
All interns are assigned a dedicated mentor who will be responsible for their development and acclimation.

Essential Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software as instructed
Collaborate/Scrum with a team of developers
Effectively manage individual project priorities and deadlines
Present completed work at Sprint demo meetings
Basic requirements:
Self-starter
Inquisitive with a desire to learn
Critical thinker and ability to problem-solve
Able to prioritize tasks
Possess a positive attitude
Currently enrolled in a college or university working toward a bachelors or masters in an engineering related field.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Technical skills:
Experience in one of these languages; Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, Typescript
Knowledge of Spring, Jersey, Docker, SQL, REST APIs, React, testNG, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, GKE, EKS, and version control
Familiar with tools such as; IntelliJ, Gradle, Eclipse, Terraform, and Jenkins
Working knowledge of Linux, preferably RedHat or CentOS and Bash
Plus if you have familiarity with DASH/HLS streaming, video codecs, ffmpeg and gStreamer
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour based on experience
Must be authorized to work in the US
Location: Allen, TX (in office)
Dates of the summer internship program are June 3, 2024 - August 9, 2024
