Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply Chain Systems is currently looking for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst - Invoice to Pay (I2P) to join their Functional team in Dallas, TX; Hazelwood, MO; Kent, WA; Miami, FL; or Seattle, WA.
This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology.
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects.
The Invoice to Pay Team is responsible for the delivery, reporting and enhancement of end-to-end Invoice to Pay services, which consists of the following operational areas: Global Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing Check Requests SAP invoice processing Paper and Electronic Invoicing Traditional Electronic Data Interchange Position Responsibilities: Support I2P strategy lead transformational activities in I2P function, end to end lead in drafting, driving & delivering the strategy across Boeing entities Ensure seamless engagement and interaction with procurement, commercial, corporate and finance stakeholders Make a significant impact to business performance by driving and supporting working capital improvements Demonstrate deep functional Finance expertise and thorough experience in Global Accounts Payable / Invoice to Pay or Source to Pay as a centralized function Design the global standard processes of I2P end to end Drive process standardization and improvements Drive effective invoice processing, prompt payment to suppliers and issue resolution Provide end to end proactive monitoring and management of transactional pipeline to ensure workload prioritization drives better user experience and on time payment to suppliers Engage with global stakeholders, provide the key process statistics, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and to act on local & global requirements Translate Functional Specifications into application design documents, coordinate with ABAP team, test of new functionality or enhancements, prepare test plans and test scripts, perform unit tests and integration tests Participate in requirement gathering, document preparation, End-to-End solution design, functional spec preparation, realization and deployment Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, architects, developers, system integrators (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation Develop, review and maintain functional/application design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and System Integration partners Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues This position is hybrid.
