Hello, my name is Philip and I run an outstaffing business.
We specialize in outstaffing offshore software developers to US companies and have established a strong system for navigating US labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
However, we continue to face unique challenges related to cultural and language barriers, which is why we are looking to hire a dedicated communicator to participate in client interviews and meetings on behalf of our developers.
This will increase the likelihood of passing job interviews and ensure smooth communication while allowing our developers to focus on development.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a native or very fluent English speaker
• Has experience in software development
• Possesses excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
• Is available to work 20-40 hours per week
• Is willing to support our company for at least 6 months once started (the longer, the better)
• Is comfortable impersonating our developers during interviews since most clients prefer to speak directly with developers.
* We welcome anyone who is facing challenges finding full-time employment for any reason as long as you have good skills.
• We will pay you based on an hourly, weekly, or monthly salary.

• Our monthly salary ranges from $2000 to $5000, depending on your skills and abilities.
• We offer bonus points or increasing salary for good progress during interviews or when things are going well.
