Overview
The customer field journey specialist is responsible for supporting the connection for all aspects of the customers' and employees journey with the business.
It assists in bringing efficiencies to reduce stress points and bottlenecks in the operating system by designing or implementing new equipment, technology, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Visit projects under construction to validate that Campero's image and design are according to approved layouts.
Develops and updates protocols and documentation of the Customer Journey department.
Ensuring internal databases are continuously updated
Analysis and in-store validation of new equipment and technologies that can positively impact the results of Camperos s operations and reduce investment levels in new and existing restaurants.
Propose improvement for existing restaurants to increase their capacity and to bring them to the latest design, incorporating new elements (flows, equipment, processes), ensuring the continuous improvement process.
Implement projects that drive current or new restaurants towards increased profit and growth to differentiate our brand from the competitors
Schedule and attend meetings between the project team, vendors, clients, internal departments, and the Project Manager and follow up on action items and decisions made during the meetings
Requirements-Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
Experience in restaurant Operations, design, or construction is preferred
Proficient in a variety of software systems, especially Microsoft Office and Auto CAD, and able to adapt to new systems
Must be a self-starter with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Able to adapt and interact professionally with all levels of the organization
Problem-Solving: Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to travel up to 50%
