In the role of process specialist, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Complete purchase requests with domestic and international suppliers by verifying all transactions.

Issue POs to the correct vendor and confirm the vendor receives the PO

Respond to all requests for status and provide follow-up to the requestor to validate the issue is closed.

Cancel, soft close, or delete POs when requirements for products or services are no longer needed
d.
Develop and provide daily activity reports and ensure reports are being monitored for internal operations processes.

* Preferred ERP knowledge – SAP/Ariba

Act as a liaison between suppliers and involved departments to resolve procurement related problems.

Identify savings opportunity
