Infosys is seeking an Agile Scrum Master with deep understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS stacks - This position will primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders, maximizing the outputs of the Agile teams, who will engage with Business and POs to define and execute roadmap, prioritize stories in the product backlog and drive delivery end to end with application development teams.
Certified Scrum Professional and Scrum Master with comprehensive knowledge of Lean/Agile principles, Scaled Agile enterprise transformation using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Scrum/XP frameworks, Agile team building, coaching and guiding Agile teams based on Agile and Lean Principles, helping the team to achieve their goals while improving overall system performance.
Expert at driving the adoption and enforcement of Agile/Scrum rules, providing boot camp and advanced Agile training, removing impediments and fostering self-organization.
Capable of bringing overwhelming enthusiasm and awareness to product delivery, applying expert judgement to the removal of impediments, keeping teams focused on delivering success in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments.
Experience in delivering large-scale software development projects on time and on budget by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching multiple onsite and offshore Agile teams.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving, TX or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position will require relocation and or travel to project location.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Certified Agile Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent understanding of OSS/BSS systems and Telecom Process flows
• Agile Methodology/Scrum Team experience, working with cross functional teams
• Experience driving end to end delivery for Technical Requirements across at least one of FAB areas – Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment with a highly collaborative team-oriented approach to problem solving
• Familiarity with various types of technical interfaces, functional and non-functional requirements and understanding
• Ability to facilitate debugging of technical issues across applications
• Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
• Quick learner and ability to communicate effectively to understand the space
• Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Gap identification and documentation
• Digital Product Management Experience in Communications domain
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
