Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Development Software Engineer within Broadcom’s Mainframe Software Division.
You will be responsible for architecture, designing, creating, testing, and ensuring the quality of Mainframe Software used by many of the world’s largest companies.
This is a core development position working alongside other world-class, hand selected career development professionals.
In this role, you will work collaborating with team members and customers to set priorities.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide technical support to enable the Digital Transformation of our mainframe Customers by means of migrating their application workload in a Hybrid Cloud infrastructure, in line with project and customer time scales.
This role has a heavy emphasis on customer front-end delivery, combined with the consultative skills required to promote the impression of quality and excellence actively fostered within the Client consulting engineering group.
Contributing to design for specific deliverables and assists in the deployment of Broadcom mainframe products.
Helping implement new solutions under the direction of team Solution Architects
You will be responsible for architecture, designing, creating, testing, and ensuring the quality of an emerging Mainframe Conversion Software used by many of the world’s largest companies.
Qualifications:
Core Skillset (Required) with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience.
Proficiency using TSO/ISPF
Proficiency building and running JCL
REXX coding and debugging
Assembler
Automated Operations Skillset (Preferred)
Endevor
Proficiency with Broadcom OPS/MVS
Knowledge of one or more competitive/replacement products, including:
Broadcom CA Opera
Broadcom SOLVE:Operations
BMC Automated Operator
BMC Control-O
IBM AF/Operator
IBM System Automation
Understanding of Netmaster NCL (Network Control Language) {Used in SOLVE:Operations}
Experience : Bachelor's and 8+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
