SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Developer is a pivotal role in Human Coalition's mission to end abortion by assisting in rescuing children and serving families across America.
This role serves as a crucial link between our internal IT management and external Salesforce architecture vendors, facilitating effective collaboration and technical integration.
ESSENTIAL:
Design, configure, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce software solutions.
Act as a technical liaison between IT management and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.
Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and IT personnel to create and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
Manage and oversee Salesforce-related projects involving external vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Evaluate and manage vendor performance, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
Provide training and support to internal staff to increase organizational self-reliance on Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, applying continuous learning to all projects.

Proven experience in project and vendor management within a Salesforce environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong foundational skills in Salesforce development and administration.
Familiarity with SKUID, Workato, and HIPAA compliance is advantageous but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulatory environments.
