Work with both front and back-end programming to help us expand our product line.
Responsibilities include developing
and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, implementing enhancements to
current features, and bug remediation.

Essential Job Functions
Developing front-end website architecture
Designing user interactions on web pages
Developing back-end website applications
Deploying scalable, cloud-focused solutions
Ensuring web page responsiveness
Managing project workflows from conception to finished product
Meeting and bridging gaps between technical and consumer needs
Ensuring well-tested, documented, and effectiveness of written code(s)
Remaining current with current evolving industry trends and technologies
Additional Responsibilities and Requirements
Facilitate weekly sprint planning meetings; facilitate weekly sprint retrospective meetings.
Provide business analyst support as needed (ex: researching customizations in software).
Comply with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
Interact in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional, manner with customer/clients, supervisors, and co-workers to
provide a safe, efficient, and positive experience which ensures customer/client retention and quality service.
Maintain a dependable attendance record and be available/responsive to customers/clients, and the team.
Track company inventory and adhere to necessary upgrade and license requirements.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related discipline
2+ years web application and/or software development experience
Proven ability to pivot between working independently and collaborating with a team on modern web, mobile
development, user experience, deployment, and testing strategy processes.
Advanced knowledge of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, design patterns, etc.
)
preferred.
Proficient in all areas of the software stack and product database model
Preferred experience with: JavaScript libraries (Node.
JS, Express, React.
JS); cloud-computing and/or SaaS
technologies (AWS, Salesforce); Application Programming Interfaces (APIs); Pivotal Tracker – maintains
knowledge of frameworks used and code flow/structure
Proficient in writing basic SQL queries and unit tests
Proven ability to complete bugs and small/medium tasks with little to no error; communicate status and
impediments efficiently
Comfortable with effectively facilitate training and topic sessions
Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability in managing competing priorities
Must thrive in a dynamic environment
Working Conditions
Hybrid setting Monday/Thursday onsite Plano, TX office Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday remote.
