3D Rendering for completed one story plan. (Plano)

Experienced cad draftsperson with experience in exploded 3D renderings.
One-off (to start for new product line-Confidential disclosure required) I have one completed plan that requites renderings from "lot clearing thru foundation to completion"; showing framing with movable room options.
Also, including roof framing for various configurations.
Principals; or a paid finders fee for a qualified lead that is contracted.
Contract with 30 days completion schedule.
This must be initiated in my Plano TX office.
