Inventory Clerk / Driver

_Inventory Clerk / Driver _ Job Objective: To be a reliable Inventory Clerk / Driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction, inventory control and transporting items in a safe, timely manner.
This position will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
Position will be working as a member of the Inventory/Purchasing team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to CAC and customers.
Detail to paper work flow and assurance of order matching purchase orders.
The Inventory Clerk / Driver will be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our customers and vendors with an excellent experience.
You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying customers.
Responsibilities: · Process orders received from employees and customers, CAC Sales Reps.
Complete inventory requests and order fulfilment.
· Assure order matches Packing Slip to Purchase Order.
Forward documentation to proper personnel with strict adherence to processes.
· Packaging, loading, transporting, and delivering items to CAC and customers of CAC from vendors in a safe, timely manner.
· Complete Pick Lists for Build of Materials (BOM) and deliver to assigned departments as requested.
· Forward sales order documents to the proper personnel so order can be invoiced.
· Provide quality customer service on every call.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with employees, customers and vendors.
· Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
· Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
· Inventory stocking, cycle counts of parts as needed.
· Other duties as required Relationships and Roles: · Ensures that all orders are processed timely and accurately with a goal to satisfy all internal and external customers.
· Follow up on orders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
· Demonstrates ability to interact and work closely with all vendors and customers as a representative of CAC.
Job Specifications: · 1-3 years inventory and driver experience · Clean driving record · Valid driver’s license issued by the state of Texas · Ability and 1-3 years’ experience driving a pickup truck with dual axle trailer Communications skills (written and spoken) in English Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
