Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The primary purpose of the Courtesy Car Driver is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.
The Courtesy Car Driver will provide convenient, courteous transportation for service clients.
Greets and welcomes clients in a courteous manner
Drives clients from the service department to their destination in safe, convenient and comfortable manner
Drives clients from their point of departure to the service department in a safe, convenient and comfortable manner
Identifies the service member with whom the client has made an appointment for the client Monitors mileage on the courtesy vehicles
Ensures proper maintenance on the courtesy vehicles Maintains the courtesy vehicles in a neat and clean condition
Organizes and implements a schedule for clients' departure or pick-up Communicates with the Cashier
Monitors traffic reports to expedite transportation for clients
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
