SHUTTLE DRIVER

Responsibilities: Safely operate company shuttle vehicles according to all traffic laws and regulations Provide courteous and efficient transportation services to guests Assist guests with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicles Communicate effectively with guests and address any inquiries or concerns Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure timely arrival and departure Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues Follow company policies and procedures at all times Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Restock supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries in guest rooms and common areas Assist housekeeping staff with tasks as needed, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, and making beds Perform light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in a similar role preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overnight Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests with disabilities if needed Benefits: opportunities to earn tips
