I am looking for a full-time position M-F either 8-5 or 9-6.
My minimum pay rate is 18+.
Must include insurance and a W2.
My preferred location needs to be within 10 miles of downtown Dallas.
Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm or 9 am-6 pm Pay:18hr+ Ashley Villarreal Experience June 24TH, 2022 – September 1ST 2023 Executive Assistant, Integrity Marketing Group, Dallas TX • Manage scheduling for company executive(s) • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s) • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary • Coordinate travel arrangements • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) • Supporting our team to answer any incoming & and outgoing phone calls throughout the day.
• Legacy Safeguard point person and all the different facets, calls, including phone coverage after hours.
• Support our team with admin responsibilities as needed.
• Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials from our area.
• Be back up for the Integrity inbound calls.
• Assist with projects as assigned by the manager.
• Coordinate On-Call schedule.
• Be a part of the On-Call rotation.
• Answer questions for agents specific to service inquiries and resolving problems, by responding orally and or in writing.
• Triage basic agent calls and support them, and materials when needed.
