I'm available for housekeeping /cleaning /packing work at locations within Dallas-Irving areas.
Please respond ASAP if you have houses/apartments need to be cleaned.
I prefer REGULAR REQUESTs (weekly/biweekly) on the weekend (Sunday + Saturday or Monday).
I start as early as 7ish am for the morning shift, or around 1:30ish pm for the afternoon shift.
We can work out a time which is convenient for both of us.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BASIC SUPPLIES: Vacuum cleaner, Broom, Mop (sponge or disposable preferred), Scrubs, AND specific liquid cleaners (for furniture/leather/special-care materials).

Please LIST what you do/don't have, to make sure we'll get all the supplies ready for the cleaning.
GENERAL CLEANING charges in CASH (does NOT include LAUNDRY, INSIDE FRIDGE, INSIDE CABINET, or INSIDE OVEN "TOTAL" clean-out, the services may be provided with extra charges)
1 beds/1 baths/800ft max= $125 (or studio/efficiency)
2 beds/2 baths/1200ft max= $150
3 beds/3 baths/1600ft max= $180
DEEP CLEANING specifically is charged with an HOURLY RATE of $35/hr, with 4 hours minimum PER VISIT, charges in CASH (Recurrent request customers will get a special rate!)
I don't provide references, so please only contact if you're seriously want the service and get the job done.
