Horse boarding (Allen)

I have a complete 3 stall barn, feed room and tack room, as well as an outdoor arena and several acres to graze.
Man cave above barn.
I’d rather have someone that has 2-3 horses instead of 2-3 people with 1 horse each.
2 mini cows are currently on-site.
Neighbors keep gate open to additional 3 acres.
You would have 24-7 access.
We live on-site and my dog patrols the property so areas are protected.
