JHA Banking Core Director Development team is seeking to hire a motivated individual to work as a Business/Quality Analyst.
Candidates for this position will be responsible to work in an agile development process for software development.
This includes working collaboratively within the development team to develop software requirements, research, testing, and solutions as a self-organizing and cross-functional team.
This position can be worked remotely and may have occasional travel up to 5%.
What you’ll be responsible for: Working with the development team to help define requirements which include scoping, developing, and testing enhancements to support core functionality.
Working with the development team for testing enhancements and defects to ensure an accurate, quality product and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly for our Core banking product.
Interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and development teams to identify and refine test requirements.
Executing and creating test plans and clear, concise test scripts for new products or enhancements to existing Core banking products.
Scheduling and performing functional, integration, regression, and release testing; submits errors and issues to development for correction and retesting once errors have been corrected.
Reviewing and providing feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have: A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, software support or related banking experience.
An attention to detail and the ability to find a problem with the software before it goes live to the financial institutions.
What would be nice for you to have: Strong knowledge of banking daily functions, including Deposits, General Ledger and Teller processing Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle A background working with Core Director product.
Experience working with Azure DevOps or other software tracking software.
Experience with or knowledge of Automation software Experience with business requirements documentation, technical/functional specifications, use cases, test cases.
