Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen management, and shift management.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
