Job Summary : Manages team on technical best practice and established policies and procedures.
Implements and manages continuous improvement processes.
Oversees the tool coordination process of assigned business unit.
Manages and tracks assigned projects to ensure efficiency, quality and accuracy of resources and processes.

Essential Duties: Manages, coaches, trains and develops direct reports.
Conducts timely, complete and meaningful performance management conversations.
Has hire/fire responsibility, rewards and disciplines employees, addresses complaints and resolves problems.
Oversees tool projects (tool repair/maintenance/rentals) and ensures projects are organized, properly documented, and completed on-time and within budget.
Oversees life cycle management and planning process.
Foster relationships with cross-functional counterparts to ensure active participation and alignment in the material’s/tool’s end of life process.
Leads a cross-functional team for the execution of each product’s termination in the system.
Leads reviews with leaders and cross-functional staff.
Reports status and metrics on projects to leadership.
Run reporting and analytics as needed to gather all information related to materials that will be obsolete.
Ensures vehicle registration, license and inspections are up-to-date.
Maintains records to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Sets up maintenance schedules to ensure each vehicle is kept in top condition in efforts to side-step unexpected repairs and minimize costs by maximizing fuel efficiency.
Develops policies, procedures and guidelines and ensures staff is trained and follows proper procedures and within company guidelines.
Identifies opportunities for improvement.
Evaluates new technologies and implements as necessary to maximize new tools/equipment and software investments.
Develops, manages and administers the department’s budget.
Forecasts Capital Expenditure proposals and ensures compliance with legal standards.
Manages the budget from identification to completion of projects.
Ensures that all employees, equipment, tools, vehicles and areas of operation conform to appropriate safety regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
6+ years Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of industry practices, procedures, and market trends.
Strong attention to detail and a results driven approach.
Excellent problem solving, team building, planning and decision making skills.
