DMV Supervisor
The DMV Supervisor is the key link between Driveway, DMV Specialists across the Lithia Motors network, and third-party tag and title agencies.
This position focuses on facilitating the flow of the Customer paperwork through the Driveway operational process.
Successful individuals will build strong relationships with both dealership and vendor representatives and quickly gain business and automotive acumen.
The DMV Supervisor reports to the Driveway DMV Manager.
Responsibilities
Hold accountability across a team of high performing agents, ensuring that everyone is meeting performance standards
Leading yourself and the team in a way that supports Driveway’s core values
Interviewing qualified candidates as potential additions
Assist with customers directly when necessary
Bi-weekly 1:1’s focusing on development and career path
Perform the functions of the DMV Specialist when needed
Communicate regularly with the Driveway DMV Manager regarding opportunities for performance optimization
Skills and Qualifications
Previous DMV experience preferred
Previous experience with New and Used Car Title and Licensing experience preferred
Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Start-up experience a plus
