* Accurately count number of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips needed for each order, portion them out to the correct sauce bowls and cook and prepare them in the proper fryers and baskets.
* Accurately coordinate cooking time of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips and fries with the corresponding timer.
* Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures and with proper safety equipment.
* Sauce, season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
* Comply with food, health & safety regulations.
