Medical Reimbursement\\Payment Posting Manager
Motivated and challenging specialty physician Management Company located at Preston and Campbell is seeking highly qualified applicants experienced & knowledgeable in specialty reimbursement.
We are currently seeking individuals with detailed expertise in supervising the reimbursement department.
This position oversees posting both Insurance and Patient payments, all adjustments, recoupment processing, balancing, refund process, and reconciliation with our accounting department.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
1.
Ability to adjust and mentor multiple employee styles
2.
Communicate to management when reimbursement does not meet fee schedule, both organization and client reconciliation issues, & trends noted by carriers
3.
Candidates should have prior experience & familiarity with full-scope medical billing, including but not limited to: data entry, demographics, charges, and payments.
4.
The candidate appreciates and sees month end through to the end each month.
5.
A “working” supervisor is a must
The candidate should have great customer service skills & abilities to communicate effectively with employees, management, and insurance companies as well.
The right employee will be dependable (good attendance is imperative), reliable & demonstrate accuracy, resourcefulness and thoroughness in performing work assignments.
Should also be able to exhibit the ability to work independently and to identify, analyze & solve problems.
Pluses: Software experience with Centricity, Bilingual, experience with worker's comp billing and follow-up and previous exposure to multiple physician specialties.
