CLASS Program Director

The CLASS Program Director is responsible for assisting with the internal operation of the managed waiver program.
We are looking for any experienced program directors with experience in the CLASS/DBMD program Job Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or certificate recognized by a state as the equivalent of a high school diploma.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management from an accredited university.
Experience: 6+ years working in home health agency with Personal Attendant Service hours and or knowledge and history of working with HHSC and HMO long term care programs.
Skills: · Able to work independently · Able to work with a team to achieve goals and objectives.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Willingness to work with health care professionals, clients, families and the general public.
· Excellent interpersonal relations skills, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking appropriate questions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to communicate effectively as appropriate to the needs of the audience.
· Must be able to read, write and comprehend English; must be able to communicate efficiently in English.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to travel to clients’ homes and community activities.
