Shop Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the trailer/tractor shop, including managing employees, inventory, and customer service - Ensure the shop operates efficiently and meets established goals and benchmarks - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Monitor employee performance and provide training and feedback as needed - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other shop activities - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Requirements - 5+ years of experience in the trailer/tractor industry, with knowledge of trailer/tractor maintenance and repair - Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and inventory management software - High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in a related field preferred If you have a passion for the trailer/tractor industry and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for the Shop Manager position at RJ Power.
