We're on the lookout for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to help manage our expanding operations and play a key role in our journey to national retail prominence.
*Position: Supply Chain Coordinator* Location: Dallas, TX Start Date: January 2024 *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee the company’s supply chain operations, including inventory and purchase order management.
* Manage logistics for incoming products from international partners, primarily from Germany, China, and Mexico.
* Handle daily outbound carrier logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Conduct supply chain analysis and provide actionable insights for efficiency improvements.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Navigate EDI transactions and maintain SPS Commerce and Shopify platforms.
* Manage communications with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
*Qualifications*: Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a startup environment.
*Preferred*: * 1+ year of experience in supply chain or logistics (not mandatory).
* Experience with EDI platforms, particularly SPS Commerce.
* Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
