Client Success @ OMG
The Client Success Team helps shape the future of how groups, corporations, and teams purchase their gear one customer at a time.
Our Client Success Team plays a critical role as the main point of contact for all roles within their accounts, from C-suite executives to customer service reps.
As a Senior Client Success Manager, building relationships will be essential to your success, with a focus on successfully driving strategy, implementing programs, and influencing the adoption of revenue-generating features.
Day in the Life
Maintain and utilize CRM system to manage the relationship with your clients
Maximize retention of existing users and accounts by building and maintaining strong lasting client relationships
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business and growth with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet quotas
Connect with all accounts on a regular basis by phone or Zoom.
Coordinate three in-person client meetings per quarter.
Monitor accounts for potential health risks.
Leverage and execute risk playbooks to mitigate potential churn.
Growth activities associated with this role include:
Identify and execute opportunities for expansion within your book of business by seeking new online stores, optimizing existing stores, or cross-selling additional solutions
Drive usage of new and existing features through evaluation and training
Conduct quarterly business reviews with your accounts and distribute quarterly reporting for clients
Requirements
Must Haves
A bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience in Client Success or Account Management.
Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients/clients at once
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels in OMG, including executive and C-level
Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment
Ability to work in the OMG office 3 days a week
SaaS or Industry experience preferred
