Duties and Responsibilities:
* Daily meeting with Night Service Manager
* Address any service concerns with incoming crews
* Truck Tool Inventory
* Photo publishing
* Managing service reports
* Follow-up emails and calls
* Labor tracking
* Employee attendance tracking
* Revenue tracking
* Confirm and communicate shop times to crews
* Print work orders
* Pull keys for work orders
* Job preparation - job specific tools, parts, trucks stocked
* Crew/MGR CC Expense Report
* Weekly meeting with direct report
* Weekly Service Manager meeting
* Monthly Safety Meeting
* Communicate hiring needs to HR
* Interviewing, hiring, termination of employments
* Relay to HR about employment issues that need to be addressed from previous night
* Crew member evaluations
* Write-ups and merit tracking
* Updating contacts in CRM
* Managing work order notes and job information in CRM
* Communicate with scheduling department
* Optimize schedule to fit our specific crew needs and abilities
* Manage crew assignments
* Delegate shop tasks - cleaning, trash, chemical, towels.

* Daily preparation for coming night’s work, and communication with team leads, and the Nighttime Service Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $65,000.
