Landscape Construction/Installation Manager

, a premier residential architectural landscape firm in Dallas since 1985, specializing in upscale residential projects seeks an organized, motivated individual for Landscape Construction/Installation Manager Position.
*Responsibilities and Duties* *Duties:* -Estimating -Landscape Installation/hardscape construction supervision -Customer relations and oversight of field personnel -Scheduling/coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely job completion -Inspection of all work done to ensure quality -Efficient scheduling of crews to job sites -Communicating with clients and coworkers with updates on job status *Qualifications and Skills* *Requirements:* -Bachelor's Degree in Landscape architecture or horticulture preferred -*Extensive experience (10+ years) in landscape, hardscape, drainage, grading lighting and - irrigation required.
* -*In depth residential construction knowledge a must* *-In depth residential hardscape construction knowledge* *-In depth residential landscape installation knowledge* -Project Management: 5 years -Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
