Lead Pre-K Teacher

*Adhering to legal and educational requirements to ensure students' well-being*.
Chairing meetings with teachers and parents.
Supervising teachers to ensure that they are performing their functions correctly.
Mentoring teachers, particularly those with limited experience.
A Lead Teacher is a mentor to the other teachers in their grade level or subject.
They *write lesson plans, manage classroom behavior and provide after-school tutoring for students that need it most*.
