*The Assistant Center Director is responsible to support the overall day-to-day operation of Childrens Lighthouse.
The Assistant Center Director reports to the Center Director.

*Experience/Education*
Has minimum of 1 years experience as Assistant Center Director or Lead Teacher in licensed child care center.
Working on meeting the State Requirements for a State license as a Center Director, preferably with a non-renewable certificate.
Maintains CPR and First Aid
*Specific Duties*
Supports Childrens Lighthouse policies, procedures and systems to ensure safe, healthy environment in compliance with Childrens Lighthouse and State Standards at all times.
Specific procedures of critical compliance are but not limited to: release procedures, sign in and out, medication, bus run/field trip procedures.
Participates responsibly in marketing and special events including open house, trainings, parent meetings, staff meetings and corporate events.
Effects and supports change required for continual compliance and improvement.
Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises, observes and evaluates staff along with Center Director.
Manages, supports and follows budget in compliance with corporate guidelines.
Represents Childrens Lighthouse to public, community, parents, visitors and staff with professionalism and integrity.
Attends meetings and trainings as directed.
Consistently follows through with all duties and miscellaneous duties as assigned in competent and timely manner.
Day to day operations in compliance with Quality Assessment Standards of Childrens Lighthouse.
Assumes major responsibility for staff schedule, labor budget and staff files.
