Automotive Center Manager/Service adviser

Auto Care Central in Grand Prairie is looking for a Center Manager/ Service advisor You must have at least 5 years experience .
* Ability to communicate, manage staff, cost control and overseeing the operation * Greet customers and assist with scheduling vehicle service and repair * Sell maintenance, repair and recommendations to customers * Discuss automotive service and repair needs * Estimate repair time required to complete each repair order * Selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and service to customers * Preparing repair orders for customers approval * Obtain customer's signature on repair order * Facilitate timely repair of customer vehicles * Generate service repair and maintenance services for technicians * Providing customers with excellent customer service throughout entire service experience * Provide customer service and schedule future service appointments * Participate in verifying final repairs * Educating customers with repair or scheduled maintenance given by the manufacturer * Exhibiting excellent customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.
