Ensure adherence to all food safety standards.
Place, receive and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
Maintain budgeted food cost.
Write weekly kitchen schedules.
Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.

Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position.
Minimum 21 years or older.
Available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
