Conversion Team Lead

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow - Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products - Utilize POS system to process orders and track inventory levels - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Assist with sales management by identifying market trends and recommending strategies - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records - Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments and fulfill customer orders - Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory counts Requirements: - Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field - Strong math skills for inventory management and data analysis - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals - Proficient in using computer systems, including POS software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
