*Pain Management Billing Specialist*
•Candidate should be strong in their skill set, driven, and problem solvers
•Candidate needs to confident in reading EOBs, interpreting denials and denial resolution, CPT and ICD-10 knowledge, payment posting, claim resolution, insurance verification, patient responsibility calculations, and comfortable with collecting and setting up payment plans
•Strong knowledge and navigation of ECW is required
•Knowledge of payer(s) and guidelines
•Attention to Detail
•Flexible and able to handle assigned task
•Able to use various office equipment, including computers
•Able to multitask and prioritize during high-volume times
•Excellent customer service skills
•Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in a private practice setting
•Must be Detail Oriented.
