The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing counseling services, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Job Requirements Master's degree in Counseling or related field (required) Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (preferred) Experience working in a nonprofit or community-based organization (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in counseling practices.
Sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to providing culturally competent services.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
