Lead Caregiver Field Supervisor-Home Care

RightCare Coordinator Job Summary This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver who would be our lead caregiver supervising our care team out in the field.
You will be conducting supervisory visits as well as doing caregiver introductions to the clients we serve in the North Dallas area.

This position will work directly for the Operations Manager and assist as needed with functions essential to the proper management of caregivers and client care.
Essential Functions: ð Adheres to Right at Home policies and Procedures ð Performs work under supervision of the Operations Manager ð Supervisory visit paperwork ð Direct caregivers to clients’ locations and perform needed introductions ð Emergency care as needed.
ð Assist with caregiver training and evaluations.
ð Respond in the event of caregiver need or caregiver absence at client location.
ð On call rotations for caregiver introductions and new admissions ð Learns and helps maintain ClearCare database.
Additional: ð Assist with various administrative tasks if needed in the office Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability • High school graduate.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide experience and past success in leadership role.
Working Conditions/Environment Works in Right at Home office but will be asked to help with on location events.
This individual will be qualified to assist in all types of care with caregiver and clients.
