Zyston is seeking driven, passionate, and enthusiastic team members to join our team of information security professionals.
The Cybersecurity Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects while simultaneously supporting the Security Operations Center, clients, and internal/external stakeholders.
The Cybersecurity Delivery Manager is accountable for translating metrics into meaningful business objectives and tracking / driving tasks and deliverables to ensure goals and objectives are met.

Cybersecurity Delivery Manager Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact in client-facing engagements across Zyston’s suite of service offerings
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Coordinate delivery of services to assigned client accounts
Present and lead client meetings covering key metrics, workstream updates, and action items
Drive efforts to solve identified customer needs and pain points
Coordinate with customers and Zyston team members to develop and maintain project timelines
Provide strong program and project leadership by adhering to standard departmental policies, processes, and documentation guidelines for project delivery
Capture client reporting needs by compiling and interpreting metrics from security tools to present to the client
Develop solutions for customers based upon an understanding of Zyston’s team members, capabilities, tool offerings, and service lines
Quickly identify and utilize client organization team members, reporting structure, and initiatives to help drive project progress
Use creative, solution-oriented thinking to establish, improve, and refine internal services, processes, and procedures
Cybersecurity Delivery Manager Requirements:
Previous Delivery Manager and / or Project Management experience is preferred
Proven experience successfully leading projects that met time and objective goals
Strong customer relations, project management, and quality control skills
Strong public speaking skills
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and tools (SIEM / EDR)
Strong resource planning skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to demonstrate integrity, leadership, teamwork, and results
Education:
A degree in a Business / Cyber Security field or certification in project management is preferred
