Black Gold Harley-Davidson is looking for a Dealership Controller with at least five
years of strong automotive dealership experience as a Controller or strong Office
Manager.
We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual
to join our accounting team in Allen, Texas.
This position will also administer our
Dallas Harley-Davidson dealership in Garland, TX.
This is a wonderful
environment and can be a long-term ‘home’ for the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily posting of bank transactions
• Sales deal billing; loading inventory.
• Process daily OEM dealer transfers
• Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks.
• Some titling registration experience a plus
• Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations
• F&I products / warranty cancellations
• Supervise an accounting staff of four.
• Month end closing process.
• General Ledger reconciliations and cleaning schedules.
• Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and
instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
• Ad hoc assignments by the Region Controller.
EDUCATION AND BENEFITS
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Strong automotive, or powersports dealership experience a plus.

• We are closed on Labor Day and Memorial Day – 401K with Fidelity.
• Compensation range $75K - $90K

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Outlook and Excel)
