Description:
Impact beverage incidence and sales for Texas Roadhouse Brands by partnering with and supporting restaurant operators across the country in the development and execution of beverage promotions, drink recipes, beverage quality, category management and employee training.
Supports the field and reports directly to the Head of Beverage.
Field based position that requires at least 75% travel.

Requirements:
• Works closely with restaurant Operators to develop and drive a comprehensive approach to selling and merchandising beverages • Assists in recipe creation and execution • Tracks, analyzes and evaluates beverage promotions as well as day-to-day incidence and sales • Teaches and coaches on best practices in all aspects of the bar and beverage category • Supports new product roll outs and R&D • Creates methods to reduce liquor cost and improve beverage mix • Works closely with Quality Assurance and Research and Development team on alternate vendor/product approvals as deemed necessary Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Additional Info:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: • At least 5 yrs.
