ECI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, high-energy, hands-on professional to join our Professional Services leadership team to drive and enable a team of consultants to implement Deacom ERP.
Our ERP Implementation Consultants act as key resources and points of escalation for each implementation.
Their goal is to build, manage, and lead a team of implementation consultants in successfully implementing and providing ongoing consulting for customers utilizing Deacom ERP, creating an exceptional customer experience through implementing new strategies, solutions, and processes to reach successful go-lives.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for annual budget calculations, monthly forecasting and actual revenue and utilization reporting • Responsible for team management including hiring, training, performance management and career engagement • Maintain reporting on billability, utilization, revenue, team capacity, volume of project work, and outlook to advise strategic direction of department • Manage the Implementation Consulting team providing management and oversight of platform implementations and ongoing functional consulting • Offer successful services offerings to optimize customer satisfaction and retention to new and existing customers • Provide management, coaching, and leadership to the team, including training in the Deacom ERP software, ancillary systems, and department processes.
• Lead the department objectives, goals, and tasks.
• Understand and deliver upon ECI’s Deacom ERP implementation methodology, which includes the ability to complete: • Requirements gathering through existing process reviews • Systems design and fit-gap analysis • System configuration and setup • Engineer Deacom solutions based on complicated customer business requirements • Concept validation and user acceptance testing • Pre-implementation system testing • Data migration and data formatting recommendations • Consulting recap and activity reporting • Lead or participate in customer sessions with the objective of identifying and documenting: Current and future business initiatives, gap analysis within current systems and/or processes, and reporting / data analytics requirements.
• Analyze projects and recommend opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, improve process • Collaborate with Sales as needed to assist with project estimates and customer inquires • Develop an onboarding program that provides training required for new hires and existing employee growth • Help with customer escalations, disputes, and Account Receivables (outstanding collections) • Partner with the Sales team to educate on the services available and coach through positioning and selling of services Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Education & Experience: • Degree in business, accounting, supply chain, information systems or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated management and leadership experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment • Strong ERP knowledge, 3+ years direct ERP implementation experience required, preferably Deacom • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to change and proactively take charge of tasks and priorities is required.
• Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration, software installation, onsite training, systems troubleshooting, and ongoing account management • Strong operational management, project management and communication/presentation skills required • Strong teamwork and leadership skills to lead collaboration across functions throughout the organization • Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in-person • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, delivers high-quality work, self-motivated and an internal desire to succeed • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills • Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by phone • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows • Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance • Experience with Financial Force or another PSA software preferred #LI-REMOTE #LI-SC1 In addition to our competitive salary and award winning culture, we offer an excellent benefit package.
