KPMG is currently seeking a ESG Assurance Manager to join our Audit team with the KPMG Delivery Network.
Responsibilities: Champion the KDN Audit program and each new service and solutions Provide subject matter expertise to validate the services and solutions that will form part of the delivery model Define business processes that will maximize quality and provide a seamless experience for member firms Develop assets for use in delivery (e.
g.
, technology, templates, frameworks) to ensure a standardized service that delivers consistency Partner with the KDN ESG Solutions Lead, KDN Solutions Lead and Global stakeholders and other key leaders to resolve major issues and concerns; partner with change and communications professionals to develop both training materials, as well as an effective member firm activation and adoption program Transition into the ESG Assurance delivery center team once established, shaping a new team to deliver high quality specialist support to member firms and clients Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent and significant experience in sustainability assurance or a related field Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with a relevant business discipline essential or equivalent work experience Experience delivering ESG/Sustainability Assurance engagements Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset Able to work with geographically diverse teams, work through obstacles, complexity, and uncertainty to reach our collective goals Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple deliverables with conflicting deadlines KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
