Duties:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including materials handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and 3PL customers.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and promoting proper safety procedures.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse operations to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues or delays.
- Utilize AS400 or similar warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including knowledge of different carriers and shipping methods.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar software.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
