For Posting: Texas Capital Bank’s Agency Management team acts as the liaison between internal business partners and syndicate member banks.
Agency Management has two distinct client bases: the Borrower client and the Lender clients.
The team helps to facilitate initial transaction closings and continues managing the relationship through the deal’s lifespan.
The Agency Management Associate position is the primary contact/coordinator for internal and external business partner requests and inquiries related to reporting and compliance for syndicated credits where Texas Capital Bank acts as Administrative Agent.
Responsibilities: Consolidate, review, and analyze monthly/quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness; perform quarter-over-quarter variance analytics Maintains data sites for Texas Capital agented deals Maintains database of deal-specific contacts and deal related reporting/compliance tracking information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience Strong financial statement, corporate finance, and financial accounting skills Ability to read and understand legal documentation Desired Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills, while balancing workload and prioritizing effectively to complete work accurately and in a timely manner Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external client relationships Critical decision-making abilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
